Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your skincare. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.
1) Return window

Store policy: We accept unused, unopened products returned within 30 days of delivery.

Faulty or damaged items: Please contact us at orders@mgcderma.com within 7 days of delivery so we can replace or refund promptly.
2) Condition of items
For hygiene and safety, opened or used skincare (including products with broken seals) can’t be returned unless the item is faulty or damaged. Please keep all original packaging for returns.

We recommend that you return using a tracked service and keep a copy of your proof of postage, as we can't be held responsible for goods that have either been damaged or lost in transit. Goods must be returned in their original, sealed packaging
You are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. We recommend a tracked service. If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or faulty item), we’ll cover return postage.

5) Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

We aim to process returns within 5–10 business days of receipt.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except where we made an error or the product is faulty under consumer law.
6) Klarna purchases
If you paid with Klarna:

Report your return in the Klarna app/portal to pause your invoice while we process it.

We will notify Klarna when your refund is approved. Any paid amounts will be refunded by Klarna, and any remaining instalments/invoice will be adjusted accordingly.

7) Exchanges
30-Day Product Guarantee
If you feel your new MGC Derma product isn’t right for your skin type, we’ll happily replace it with a more suitable match within 30 days of the order date.

This guarantee offers a replacement, not a refund, and is in addition to your statutory rights.
8) Bundles, sets, gift cards & promotions

Bundles/sets must be returned in full and unopened to be eligible for a change-of-mind refund.

Free gifts or promotional items received with purchase must be included in the return; otherwise their value may be deducted from the refund.

Gift Cards are not eligible for refunds or returns.
9) EU/UK Right of Withdrawal
Under EU/UK law, you may cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason.
Please contact us via email orders@mgcderma.com prior to sending your parcel back. Our Customer Care Team will approve your return and give you a reference number.

Refund issued within 14 days of cancellation notice; we may wait until goods are received or proof of return is provided.

Exceptions: sealed items unsuitable for return for health/hygiene reasons once unsealed.
